1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the l189 platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

Account registration is free. l189 does not charge a fee for opening or maintaining a player account. Any charges incurred in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the result of payment processing and are disclosed within the cashier at the time of transaction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l189 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using supported mobile wallet services. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• 4Withdrawal requests submitted before midnight Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on any given day are processed on the same calendar day, subject to standard KYC verification having been completed.
• 5l189 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular activity on the account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

l189 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• 1Bonuses are available to players who have met the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. Bonuses not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules govern all gameplay and betting activity conducted through l189:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on l189. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• 1Opening or operating more than one account, or colluding with another player to circumvent the single-account rule.
• 2Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information, including age, identity or payment details.

• 5Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the l189 platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents normal gameplay processes.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

l189 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time after request; or inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in l189's internal policies.

Where an account is closed by l189 due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at l189's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, at l189's commercial discretion), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit l189's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

12. Privacy and Data
